There is only one Historic Floral City Hotel. Built in 1884 and full of Citrus County history.Step back in time when you enter this delightful home.

The Hotel catered to traveling salesmen in it's earlier days. Currently a private residence and Antique shop. It is a pleasure to visit this home as she stands proudly on the famous "Tunnel of Oaks" Orange Ave, in Floral City, Fl. A place where time has pretty much stood still. People come from miles away to enjoy Heritage Days the first Saturday in December. Visitors are encouraged to take the "Blue Banner Tour Of Homes". Everyone enjoys seeing people in period dress. Then on the first weekend in March come celebrate the "Strawberry Festival" at the park nearby. Also the 46 mile long Withlacoochee Bike Trail is just a stones throw away. The trail corridor runs though quaint downtowns and the Withlacoochee State Forest. This property is located across from the proposed new Library & Park which are a part of the community plan to help preserve the character of this special town.This home is ready for it's new owner and happy to remain as one of Citrus Counties forever loved "Treasures".

Floral city is known for its Avenue of Century Old Oaks through downtown.

The Hotel is open to the public during Heritage Days the first Sat. of December each year. This photo is the door to the kitchen off the back of the home.
