Currently configured as a gifts/antique store (1100 sq ft) downstairs, the upstairs apartment with laundry and kitchen and is 1000 sq ft. This is a growing area of the country and there are many needs for new businesses here, from new elegant restaurants to coffee shops and delis, this cabin is a wonderful starting point, in Blount County, AL. There's are a few display cases downstairs now and some gifts and antiques, but we have sold thousands of items from the downstairs store. I currently have a computer repair store in the store, and it is still a joy to walk up the steps to go home at night. The world's shortest commute to work.
