Eric, a resident of Manchester and NH real estate agent, is a personal and professional fan of classic homes. His first home he owned was an 1850's farmhouse in Deerfield, now he lives in a lovely Mid Century home in Manchester blocks from the Zimmerman House, where he fell in love with Mid Century design.
