A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I have lived in the Chapel Hill area for 40 years. Real estate is my full time profession. My love of old homes began in the mid-1970’s when I was in college. Weary of waiting tables for extra cash, I secured a part-time job refinishing furniture at a local antiques shop. I began learning about antique furniture and found myself in many old homes in Durham and Chapel Hill, estimating jobs or helping the owners prepare for an estate sale. I have a real appreciation for the craftsmanship and beautiful wood found in old houses and old objects.
