Designated as the Francis Marion Trail, a scenic highway, this 3,585 sq.foot Greek Revival, Circa 1830 and on the National Register of Historic places, sits on 2.53 acres with large rooms, high ceilings, fireplaces galore and decorative plaster molding and beautiful wide heart pine floors. The Claussen House received the Honor award for it's 1996 renovation. Five out buildings include a guest cottage (700 sq ft), a four bay carriage house, a kitchen cottage, smoke house and greenhouse.
