Turn of the Century Victorian
Beautiful Victorian built in 1890 by Mr. L.M.Newman. He obtained the "pattern" from George F. Barber's architectural catalog "The Cottage Souvenir". This remarkable home has had many updates over the years, including but not limited to; completely remodeled gourmet kitchen with center island and stainless steel appliances, wood floors redone along with the main floor bathroom with claw foot tub, new custom made gas fireplace surround/entertainment center, beautiful landscaping which includes a new sprinkler system. New high efficiency gas furnace and new roof and gutters in 2000. The house was reinforced with steel and laminated beams and some plumbing and electric have also been updated.Archived in December, 2012
