Moore Cotton Plantation
The Moore Estate, Circa 1848
Listed in National Register of Historic Places. At the edge of metro Atlanta and right off I-75 on the way to the Smoky Mountains, there is great potential for B&B or small event site.

The front porch is both an ornate welcome to guests and an exquisite place for relaxation. See the picture tour for more detail.

Adorned with one of the home's four fireplaces and original mantles, the living room is located directly off the grand foyer and adjacent to the dining room.

Directly off the living room and adjecent to the office, the dining room is attached to the kitchen via the butler's pantry.

Probably a circa 1900 addition, the kitchen has been full updated and has entries to the private family room and master bedroom closet.

The original gothic revival style windows adorning the front of the house were ordered from England in the 1870s.

A recluse for guests or a private family room for the family, the exposes beams are probably over a century old.

The upstairs bedrooms were once the place sought out for rent by traveling evangelists and preachers.

Each bedroom is conveniently and attractively served by its own private bathroom.
