REPLACED KITCHEN APPLIANCES. ALL APPLIANCES TO REMAIN IN HOME. ADDED ELECTRIC OUTLETS TO THE FRONT PORCH ALONG WITH EXTERIOR CEILING FANS. INSTALLED THE 1/2 BATH ON THE FIRST FLOOR ALONG WITH A LARGE WALK IN PANTRY.

THE FOUNDATION AND BRICK PILLARS HAVE BEEN TUCK POINTED AND READY FOR PAINT. THE DRIVEWAY AND FENCE IN BACK YARD NEED REPAIR.
