The Hillsboro Arts & Crafts Fair is a one-day smorgasbord of booths filled with one-of-a-kind handmade creations that attracts some 300 artists from 15 states and more than 40,000 shoppers. Vendors are selected from hundreds of applicants by a panel of judges dedicated to bringing only the best to the Hillsboro show. Since its creation in 1970, the Arts & Crafts Fair has been rated among the top 100 arts and crafts shows in the country by Sunshine Artist magazine.
Tabor College is a four-year private Christian liberal arts college in Hillsboro, Kansas. There were 594 students enrolled at the Tabor College Hillsboro campus for the Fall 2014 semester. Total enrollment, including the Tabor College School of Adult and Graduate Studies in Wichita, Kansas, was 766. The sports team is the Bluejays.

Facilities at our class "A" parks, Cottonwood Point and Hillsboro Cove, include electrical hookups, showers, RV dump stations, group camping areas, group picnic areas, playgrounds, and beaches.
