Home was built in 1926 for Doc Kohlman, a dentist, who maintained his practice in the rear 3 rooms of the home.
The 1st floor half bath still has the original shaving sink. The main bath, upstairs, has the original soaker tub - long enough to stretch out and relax!
The home has two stairways - one in the front off the main entry and one off the kitchen.
The full-size basement is mostly finished. A gas fireplace and built in bar (with sink and running water) and room for a pool table or a ping-pong table set the stage for a family room that is inviting and relaxing. The basement also has a separate work-shop and sewing or kraft room. The basement bath has a free-standing shower.
The bedrooms, all on the second floor, have wood floors. Two have walk in closets - one has two!
