	Pioneer City County Museum Ragland House was built in 1906 by Judge R. A. Ragland for his wife Luella and their 4 children. In 1946, the house became a funeral home run by Mr. A. O. Patterson. Patterson added a chapel on to the back of the home in the mid 1960s. In 1976 Judge Ragland's grandson Robert donated the home and chapel to the City of Sweetwater and the County of Nolan to house the Pioneer City County Museum. The home and museum are open to the public Tuesday - Friday 1-5PM and Saturday 10AM-4PM. Admission is free but donations are always welcome! All funds go towards building our children's programs and new Children's Museum!!
