Victorian Home
The house was built in 1895 and renovated with modern conveniences in 1990. It has been occupied by family members for over 100 years. Construction is of heart pine and is in excellent condition. Original hardwood floors in entry hall and dining area, along with the original staircase to upstairs. 12 foot ceilings in all rooms downstairs, standard height 8 foot ceilings upstairs. Very nice ceiling light fixtures throughout including a crystal chandelier in entry hall. Front door has the original glass etchings. Living room has a cherry wood fireplace mantle with mirror to match. This is not a working fireplace but gas logs can be easily installed. Lots of windows in house, all original, including 3 windows that can be raised to be used as doorways to the outside. This is a one of a kind property inside the City of Chandler.
