The newly carpeted Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, 5 windows, 7 walls and is located in the turret. Another bedroom has two closets or one closet and a child's play space.

A large original window pocket door seperates the bedroom and living room. An additional pocket door still sits in the wall between the living room and dining room. The first floor living space has seperate heating, electric, and hot water utilites. The 1st floor has direct access to the spacious basement where an additional washer and dryer are located. Exterior access is also available.
This gorgeous home is made even better by its ideal location. The well known home sits in Rockledge, Montgomery County but is only steps away from the many amenities Philadelphia offers. Train and bus service is a short walk away. Many restaurants, delis and coffee shops can be found along Oxford Ave and Huntingdon Pike. Rockledge Borough has two wonderful playgrounds, a walking park, its own Police and Fire Departments, an active Town Watch and 4th of July Events Committee.
