Not real typical for Jacksonville, but we love it when it happens.

Here you see the drive, parking area, home and property.

Street at foreground is Larissa St. Drive was former street, now private entry. West side of property is visible to your right.

Entering front doors to foyer. Twin parlors on your left, "wood room" on right...kitchen sraight ahead.

There are one large and one small parlor, adjoining, but divided by a pocket door with original hardware.

Through the glass, a view of the 1400+ sq. ft. covered patio and gardens.

Looking nortn in kitchen. Door at right leads to sunporch. Straight ahead is butler's pantry entry. Gorgeous cast iron shutter on window sells with house.

Here, the breakfast nook is occupied by a commercial double door fridge. The door is the working elevator.

Because it was a restaurant, we were able to sperate the heavy duty cooking from the light, airy kitchen area. All equipment/vent hood, etc is available for sale, as well.

At top of stairs. Door at right is upstairs landing. Door to left is to upstairs wooden studio.

Windows are on east side of house. It's a fabulous room. Amazing woodwoord, window seat and great closet, too!

Upstairs living area. Could be Master Suite. Has full bath. Lots of storage above closet and a built in perfect for entertainment center.

Moving up and down, escaping out the back way, whatever you call it, having an elevator is GREAT!

Roomy with an GREAT built in 'chest of drawers'!

Pedestal sink, vintage medicine cabinet (swings out), AND more fabulous storage adjacent to bath/shower.

Wooden floors, lots and lots of windows in the red bedroom upstairs.

Sunny desk or little girl's dream. Perfect perch for crafting or study.

Just another interesting feature they added sometime between 1874 and 1994, which is the year we bought it.

Another view of the green bedroom. Fireplace and mantel. Windows are eastern exposure.

Here's the veranda and house, facing west. Veranda is huge, lined by garden and water feature with original bird bath.

Between veranda and garden room. It was just a screened in porch when we arrived. Later, old windows were salvaged from local school.
