Recent updates include a new 6-ton Lennox HVAC, put in in 2022, a whole house replumb in 2001, a new septic system in 2018. Wind mitigation shutters belong to all the windows and openings and are hurricane rated. Electrical system meets all code requirements. The duct work related to the HVAC system, is stainless steel with a round shape for better air flow, with additional aluminum coil. Only air care professional grade filters have been used making the ducts very clean.
All the brick piers supporting the house were repointed in 2017 and the entire first floor substructure has blown in open cell icynene insulation.
