c. 1883 Victorian: Queen Anne

J.C. Knox Victorian Mansion

Upstairs Bathroom
Upstairs Bathroom
Upstairs bathroom with original copper tub.
I have a late 1800's Victorian, The J. C. Knox House. It is truly a one of a kind architectural dream house. It currently houses our antique shop and cafe. It has over 8400 square feet. Four bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom if wanted downstairs as there is a room on the main floor that had a closet so is technically a bedroom. There are two rooms that could have plumbing put back in and used as half bath. Has a story and a half attic that could be finished for additional living space. Downstairs bathroom has bathtub and shower, high end designer sink, and toilet. Upstairs bath has new toilet, French Provincial cabinet with antique brass sink, and original copper bathtub that has been kept original and not used by us. It has some stained glass windows. Original unpainted woodwork and gingerbread/fretwork. Has commercial kitchen. Could use for your business or live in it! Would also make a great B&B. Located in the heart of downtown Ladoga. 15 minutes from the interstate. 45 minutes from Indianapolis.
