A native of the area, Nancy and her husband Cliff currently live in Davidson. Hucks’ resume highlights an extremely well-rounded background including an English degree from UNCC, and careers in interior design and restaurant ownership. In addition to real estate, she is currently enjoying her new side business, Kathryn’s Cottage dressings and sauces, featuring her mother’s beloved recipes from the Little Kitchen in Mooresville.
