Frank Johnson is an associate broker with Jim and Pat Carter Real Estate, Inc., Chesapeake Bay office in Deltaville, Virginia. Originally licensed as an agent in Charlottesville, Virginia in 1977, he became a Real Estate Broker in Virginia in 1990 and in North Carolina in 1995.

Frank has served in numerous leadership positions in local business and politics, including president of the Middle Peninsula Board of Realtors, president of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce, and director and vice chairman of the Middlesex County Industrial Development Authority. He earned his BA degree from the University of Virginia and his MBA degree from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg.

Frank works with his wife, Elizabeth, representing buyers and sellers of upper echelon properties including waterfront residential homes and land, farms, and country estate properties.
