In her thirteenth year as a full-time real estate professional, Irene specializes in properties within the City of St Augustine although she does work throughout the majority of St Johns County. Many of her listings are within the historic boundaries of the Oldest City and vary from single-family residential to mixed use and light commercial.

She has shared her energy and expertise in various ways and is currently the Chair of the Code Enforcement, Adjustments and Appeals Board. Additionally she is an active member of both the St Johns Housing Partnership board and the St Johns Cultural Council.

She considers among her highest honors the O E Barnes Humanitarian Award presented in 2003 by her peers and the recognition bestowed in 2005 for her continued support on behalf of the Council on Aging. She remains committed to providing top-notch service to her customers, the community and the industry. Irene specializes in selling historic homes in downtown St. Augustine as well as waterfront property.
