I am a seasoned real estate professional with over 36 years in residential and commercial real estate sales, construction, development & property management and 16 years’ experience in interior decorating and staging. I am a (CDPE) Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified International property Specialist (CIPS), Transnational Referral Certification (TRC), Military Relocation professional (MRP) and a Residential Lead Based Paint Renovator (RRP).
I started working in the real estate arena in 1977 and received my real estate license in Florida in 1985 and in Georgia in 1990. I lived in Atlanta for 13 years until July 2004 where I worked as a VP of Property Management for a large Southeastern Property Management & Development Company and as a Corporate Real Estate Manager for a large British Conglomerate. I moved back to South Florida where I worked as the VP of Sales & Development for a Development company and a Consultant for Condominiums in Broward and Dade County. I moved to Lake County in February 2005 to take a Director of Real Estate position and in 2007 I started working as a full time REALTOR.
