I began my real estate career in 1996 and became a broker in 1998. I have an extensive background in real estate sales (30 million plus sold), residential construction (30 homes built and sold), property rehabilitation (15 personal investments bought and sold as well as assisting many other investors), rental management (13 personal units), mortgage lending (former Countrywide Wholesale Business Partner and CharterWest Net Branch Manager).
