History & details

This home was built by Cornelius De Lamater Robins in the early 1900's. Architect was Joseph McArthur Vance who designed the exterior of the Colonial Theater, Pittsfield’s Masonic Temple, the Christian Science building, the superstructure of the Wahconah Park Stadium, Mount Greylock’s Bascom Lodge, and the Mahaiwe Theatre in Great Barrington.

Attention to detail in the fine original wood appointments, lovely stained glass in the grand staircase, lighting, pocket doors and
bathroom fixtures.
