SMALL TOWN COUNTRY LIVING

This beautiful old house built in 1910 is a single family residence, consisting of a two story home on a partial basement. The basement is for storage and holds utility equipment. The main floor of the home consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, 1.5 baths, office/den and 2 bedrooms. The house has a lovely sunroom porch on the front part of the house under large old maple trees. The main floor also has a mud room back porch where the washer and dryer are located along with a deep sink and built in cabinets for excess storage.
The master bath was remodeled in 1999, new bathtub, ceramic tile and parquet flooring. The living room and dining room have beautiful original oak floors. The master bedroom has red fir floors with a half bath attached. The living room and dining room are one "great" room with many built in wood cabinets and all the wood work in the house is mint condition, including doors and windows. It also has a large wood stove to warm you up.
The upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom. It also has many built in cabinets for storage and lots of closet space and more storage space in the attic area. This home has a large backyard with a fenced pasture for your horse and irrigation water to water the yard and garden with. The pasture also has water rights.
The property sits on the banks of the Payette River. The river offers some of the finest hunting in the area. Deer, ducks, pheasants and quail are abundant. Don't forget your fishing pole. The Payette river also offers lots of water sports for the swimmer, boater or jet skier. There is also a 18x18 general purpose building divided into two parts at the back of the house. You can also make grape juice and jelly from the concord grapes that double as a privacy fence.
