Bottger Mansion of Old Town

This historic house is shaded by massive 100-year old trees and is just steps away from shops, excellent restaurants, galleries, museums and parks. Nearby attractions include the Botanic Garden, Rio Grande Zoo, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, University of New Mexico, Route 66, and much more, at the base of the magnificent Sandia Mountains.

Albuquerque is a great home base for easy day trips a little farther away: Santa Fe, Acoma Pueblo, the Salinas National Monument, the Turquoise Trail, Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, and the lava tubes at El Malpais near Grants.

Crisp and elegant, this large room in our Old Town bed and breakfast is home to the bed guests claim the most comfortable they have ever experienced. Original kitchen shelving is now swathed in lace and papered in a black and white provincial pattern and serves as a magnificent mirrored headboard. Coral marble tiles grace the floors of the bedroom and adjoining bath.

Enchanting violet walls and accessories are accented by white lace curtains and bed linens in this guestroom of our Albuquerque, NM bed and breakfast. Wooden steps lead to the high pencil-post bed, recalling romantic times of yesteryear. Large windows fill the room with light and treat guests to a view of the shady flower-filled courtyard, and original watercolors complement the charming décor.

Layers of pink roses and lace envelop the carved mahogany pencil-post queen bed in the Natalie Rose guestroom. Flower-filled slippers tie back ivory brocade curtains while white wooden shutters can be opened to let in the light or closed when you prefer to sleep late. To the north, the white steeples of San Felipe de Neri Church peek through the leaves of Old Town Plaza's large shade trees. After a luxurious night’s sleep and a delicious breakfast at the B&B, you’ll be rested and ready to discover all that Albuquerque, NM has to offer.
