The Queen Victoria
A bed and breakfast in Cape May, New Jersey. We encourage you to enjoy all of our four painstakingly restored Victorian era buildings, located in the very heart of Cape May's wonderful historic district. This Bed & Breakfast is ideally situated just one block from Cape May's beautiful beaches and two short blocks from Cape May's shopping and dining district. You'll find yourself in easy walking distance from virtually all of our fair city's many attractions. All of our buildings are clustered on the corner of Ocean Street and Columbia Avenue, one of Cape May's most famous, and arguably most photographed corner. Explore the porches, gardens and parlors of each of our buildings and decide for yourself which one is your favorite (the parlor and porch of the Queen's Cottage are reserved for the private enjoyment of our guests staying in that building, but please enjoy the gardens). No matter which building you reserve a room in, we encourage you to make yourself comfortable in all of them. Each building is unique and different, reflecting different aspects of the Victorian style and architecture that brings people back to Cape May time and again. View all of our Cape May lodging suites and make your getaway today to our Cape May bed and breakfast.
House of Royals Building
The House of Royals is the oldest and probably the most beautifully decorated of The Queen Victoria® properties. Its nine elegant rooms offer a romantic privacy and elegant setting for guests that is unmatched in Cape May. Each room is named after one of Queen Victoria's nine children (it's convenient that she had just the right number for us!), each unique with its own special charms. The four second floor rooms have balconies with ocean views, while most of the third floor rooms have ocean views. Each room has a private bath with marble floors, hydro-massage shower heads, and heated towel bars.
The Queens Cottage
The Queen's Cottage is a private, romantic choice, always perfect for couples seeking something special in Cape May. The first floor has two luxury suites, Balmoral and Osborne, each with large two-person whirlpool tubs. An adjoining parlor is for the exclusive use of our guests in these two suites, and has a butler's pantry featuring a Flavia coffee maker, ice machine, sink and complimentary beverages.
Prince Albert Hall
Prince Albert Hall offers 6 Premium rooms and 5 Luxury Suites with private entrances, all with a private bath with whirlpool tub. The rooms in Prince Albert are all named after places in London, England. The building, while not as visually striking from the outside as the Queen Victoria building, is more Victorian with its extensive gingerbread appointments.
