The Ward House - an 1893 Queen Anne Victorian in Sealy, TX

The Ward House was owned by the Ward family from the time it was built until 2006. The house underwent a complete restoration which was completed in 2008.

The house has 12' ceilings on both floors, a small finished attic and a cupola measuring 11' x 11. The woodwork is original and has never been painted.

The heating and air conditioning system was installed in 2007. A new 50-year roof was installed in 2007. The house has all new electrical and plumbing. The house is beautiful throughout.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in a growing community approximately one hour from Houston.
