Beautifully Renovated Victorian

This beautiful Italianate Victorian home was built in 1872 and totally renovated in 2001. It is the proud winner of the 2002 Town of Clinton Historic Preservation Award. It features high ceilings throughout the home, all original mouldings and beautiful pumpkin pine floors on both levels.

This home has four spacious bedrooms, all with large windows that allow abundant natural light to fill the rooms. The upper level has two main bathrooms, each featuring a large claw foot bathtub. A powder room is located on the first level.

The 2001 renovation replaced almost all the major systems in the house. Completely new electrical and plumbing systems were installed throughout the house. A new furnace and 80 gallon hot water heater, central vacuum, new roof and gutters were also added as well. A new central air conditioning system was added in 2009. A front rocking chair porch and a side porch were also replaced. In addition, the old basement floor was excavated and replaced with poured concrete.
