Historic District with nice restoration
Spacious home with wood floors thru out. Roseville tile on fireplace, gas logs, features lead glass doors on cabinets flanking fireplace.Original French Doors have bevel glass. Many original windows also maintin original wavy glass.
Sunroom on front corner has tile floor and the original glass basket light fixture. Updated in the 1980's the kitchen has newish cabinets, a red sink and a jenaire stove. The utility room has extra sotrage for the kitchen. A cozy breakfast room has a buit-in hutch. Master down has tub
shower combo but the closet is small. The central hall has half bath. Stairway has front and back entries to the central staircase. The small partial basement was originally for the oil heater and is strictly storage. Large sunny bedrooms upstairs each with closet space. Two walk in closets and a cedar lined closet are great. Upstairs bath has original tub, toilet and built-in cabinets. One owner added tin ceilings upstairs in the 80's. The old garage was torn down but the foundation makes a great patio under a massive pecan tree.
