Roberts Home

The home was built in 1917 by Mr. Roberts, a prominent businessman, in the Georgian style. The home has just been lovingly restored and renovated. Exquisite plaster moldings and trim work are through out. Four original fireplaces with magnificent mantles and hard wood floors all add to the old world charm! Bathrooms have been completely updated but with period fixtures such as antique vanities with marble tops and clawfoot tubs. There are marble floor tiles and a huge subway tile shower! There is a gourmet kitchen with island and stainless appliances for entertaining. Speaking of entertaining there are plenty of rooms to choose from with two sunrooms , two balconies and a covered porch. Most special, is the third floor ballroom that was used for USO dances. The exterior features a lagoon pool with flagstone patio, sprinkler system and extensive landscaping!
