Queen Anne Style Victorian Home

Located in Bryan's Eastside Historical District, this lovely Four Bedroom Queen Anne Style home was constructed between 1901 and 1902 by a very prominent Builder, Charles Jenkins. It is an excellent representation of the period and has been wonderfully restored bearing both a State of Texas Medallion, and being on the National Register Of Historic Places.

Situated on a great corner lot with nice landscaping, a variety of trees, and a handsome ornamental iron fence. Included in this offering are a triplex and a duplex with excellent occupancy history.

The center point of the interior is the remarkable ornate wood staircase. The focal point of the exterior is the two-story wraparound porch with Doric columns...... A great area to relax and sip a glass of mint tea on a hot Summer evening.

This is a terrific home for entertaining and shows itself the best when fully fitted in current holiday seasonal decor.
