Swan Lake Farm
A storybook Victorian (2890 Sq. Ft. plus 1425 Sq. Ft. basement) in an idylic pastoral private setting nestled in the upper end of the Sacramento Valley with views of Mount Lassen and Mount Shasta, surrounded by 21 irrigated acres. A world away from the hustle and bustle. Water is provided by a Federal Irrigation District thus insuring inexpensive water. Two fenced horse pastures with shelters and a huge barn. Fences were built to accommodate thoroughbred race horses and are in excellent condition. A 200 tree producing pomegranate orchard with ten more acres (currently growing sunflowers) to expand plus the pastures could also be converted to orchard growing…pomegranates, wine grapes or whatever. A country garden surrounds the Victorian with a large pond and 34 assorted fruit trees, 243 rose bushes and way too many other flowers and trees to list.
