The beveled glass in the little windows on each side of the fireplace, as well as the glass doors on the book cases and the decorative tiles on the fireplace are all shown in the original blueprints.

In the dining room, the light fixtures and the ceiling wallpaper are original. The huge timbers in the ceiling of the dining room predate the craftsman look of the 1920's - 1930's.
