Near Original Victorian

Welcome to Cairo Illinois. Cairo is a small town located at the point where the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers meet. The town has suffered immensely from political corruption. But this special area of America where the two mighty rivers meet is changing. People can sit on their porches and listen to the tugboats work.
