Located just blocks from Five Island Lake, in the safe, friendly town of Emmetsburg, Iowa. Downstairs has beautiful hardwood floors. This was retirement/vacation home of a Los Angeles City Fire Captain and his wife who lived there 6 months of year and lived winter months in San Diego, CA. They enjoyed the peaceful, friendly town and loved the Emmetsburg Country Club Golfing!!!
