In June 1933 Erick Erickson and Nellie Austin were married and built this beautiful house on the "South Side of Town". They were a very prominant couple according to the Peninsula Gateway article dated June 6, 1933

The headline read, "Prominent Young Couple Wed."We named this Cape Cod Classic, "Harbor House." Harbor house has maintianed it character and charm over the years. Views of Vashon Island and the Sound are enchanting. It is fun to watch the Vashon Ferry come and go each morning and evening.
