Cape Cod Cottage by the Bay

In June 6, 1933 Erick Erickson married Nellie Austin and began their life together. This prominent Gig Harbor couple built this home on the "south side of town" according to the local newspaper the Peninsula Gateway. The headline read, "Prominent Young Couple Wed."

We named this Cape Cod Classic, "Harbor House." Harbor house has maintianed it character and charm over the years. The moment you step in the door you feel that you have stepped back in time.

The Harbor house has two bedrooms and 1.75 baths with an unfinished basement. The total square footage of the house is 2608 SQFT and the lot size is .28 acres. The garage is a 1.5 stalled carport and covered patio.

Surrounding the home are beautiful grounds, including the vegetable garden, fruit trees, nut trees, and blueberry bushes. Most of the year, fresh-cut flowers from the yard are available to accent the interieor of the house.

The outdoor patio is complete with a pot belly stove, heat lamp and fully wired out door kitchen or hot tub. This outdoor living space is perfect for entertaining.

Views of Vashon Island and the Sound are enchanting. It is fun to watch the Vashon Ferry come and go each morning and evening.
