The Boutwell House is an American Standard architecture style made of traditional red brick. The home boasts fifteen rooms. Unique features of the home include a Tiger Oak fireplace with a surround made of Van Briggle tile, Dutch staircase, and a new in ground swimming pool. The Boutwell House, built in 1895, is located on a large corner lot in the quaint community of Monte Vista, Colorado.
