Once a 5 bedroom home, it's remodel incl. a Country Kitchen, Office, Master Retreat, Laundry, Pool & Spa, plus it's Carriage House and 2 Car Garage/Workshop. An inheritance of history!Built in 1898, the only all brick 2 story home in Paso Robles. Registered as an Historic Home. Painstakingly restored with the original doors and hardware, painted glass windows, bricks and mortar, douglas fir floors, and claw foot tub & shower. The owners tried to recreate it's original heritage as best as they could. Retrofitted for earthquake safety.
Special stenciling, coffered ceilings, original light fixtures. In the family room is also the original brick fireplace and mantle.
