This elegant, fully restored Late Victorian / Early Classic Revival home sits on one of the most sought after streets in the Quapaw Quarter neighborhood. Period stenciling graces several rooms, none of the original oak and cypress woodwork have ever been obscured with paint, almost all light fixtures and fireplace mantels are original.

The U turning staircase is original oak with acanthus leaf details, column motifs on the balustrades, and machine cut S details on the risers. Downstairs 11'6" ceilings, upstairs 10'. Upstairs has Master Bedroom with fireplace and marble floored Master bath, walk-in closet and jacuzzi. 3 more bedrooms, 2 with fireplace mantels and one is a library with walnut bookcases and a rolling ladder, plus a sun room. The hall bath, fully renovated has a subway tile shower and the original clawfoot tub.
