Karen's Cottage and B&B

This is a charming, 2-story, Victorian Style house that sits on a well manicured corner lot. The original home was built in 1901 and then had a large master bedroom & bath added on in 2002. The house has been totally renovated from top to bottom. The original part of the house has amazing hardwood floors, tall ceilings, built-ins, and several original features. Other items of interest include central heat (gas) & air and the total square footage of living area is approximately 2562sq ft.



DOWNSTAIRS includes a formal living room, a formal dining room (with built-ins), a very user friendly kitchen (with gas stove & a dishwasher), a utility area, a breakfast area, and a very comfortable den (with built-ins).
