Front of house with beautiful perennial gardens. It has two front doors. One leads to the keeping room. The other leads to the parlor room.
Circa 1790-1830 stone home in Village of Sergeantsville. Walk to everything. Restoration completed Fall '08. Featured in Thanksgiving in the Country. Plaster walls, original wide plank floors, deep windowsills, exposed beams, and exposed stone walls add to the home's charm. There is an original ice house on the property that would make a great studio or guesthouse. Original carriage house is now an oversized 1 car garage plus workshop. A fenced-in back yard, koi pond and perennial gardens makes this a perfect setting for relaxing or entertaining. Walk to the Sergeantsville Inn, General Store, and local butcher. This beautiful home is conveniently located only 15 minutes from Flemington, Bucks County, the Delaware River, and to the quaint towns of Lambertville, New Hope, Rosemont, Lumberville and Lahaska. Only 75 minutes from NYC.

Back in the 1700's, this part of the house was where families would do most of the living. It has a 10 foot fireplace with a wood burning pellet stove. Original pumpkin pine floors have been restored. A glass front door was added to let the natural light flow into the room.

The parlor room was where the guests would enter. It is the more formal part of the house. Just like the keeping room, a glass door was added to bring in natural light.

This kitchen has an abundance of natural light. It is delightful to have such a big kitchen in an old house.

An original window that was located at the back of the house still remains. It now is incorporated with the kitchen.
