The elegent Williamsburg style guest house is flanked by a circa 1800 smokehouse and dependency building. This property is a rare find of impecable historic integrity. The palladian design is said to resemble the Semple house in Colonial Williamburg. The Semple House design has been attributed to a plan or drawing by Thomas Jefferson.
The fully restored interior has original 18th century doors with HL hinges, rim locks, original Georgian mantels, paneled wainscot, crown moldings & heart pine floors throughout. Hand split shaker roof.
