Built in 1918, this stunning bungalow features tapered brick columns on the cozy front porch. The home is set on a continuous brick stem wall foundation.

Enter the living room and you will see the oversized fireplace with original detail intact with leaded glass windows on both sides. The original bookcases divide the living and dining areas again with the original detail and glass front doors intact. Looking out from the living room the front yard is framed by a large picture window balanced by operational casement windows.

As you enter the dining room you will be struck by the four windows on the southern wall that flood the room with light. Also retained is the original built in breakfront hutch with glass doors. Both the living room and dining room feature the original box beamed ceiling and restored original lighting fixtures.

The kitchen, while updated with new appliances, a new wood floor and cabinetry, still retains the original floor to ceiling cabinetry and drawers from her beginnings. The main house bathroom has been given the same detailed attention.

The mechanicals of this home have been completely brought to current code. Attention to detail is reflected in the UL listed replacement push button switches that were original to this home. This home is 1336 square feet of charm, character and history.
