Wonderful historic family home in the heart of Western NY. Walk to shopping, Post Office, library, parks, and schools. Originally a parsonage, this home received major renovations and additions in the 1930s by Dr. Allen Cole, the original owner, for his dental practice and residence. There have only been two owners since then. For the past 16 years the home has been lovingly maintained by an area businessman, his wife, and their children. The home sits on a double, corner lot.

The door to the right leads to the laundry room, a maids sink, half bath, and pantry cabinets. The vintage 1950's 40 in.Frigidaire Custom Imperial electric stove with double oven will stay with the home.

This room off of the formal living room has a southern exposure for lots of passive solar heat in the winter time. Note the beautiful hardwood floors, crown molding, and graceful arch.

This is the smallest of the five bedrooms on the second floor. Note the hardwood floor and large walk-in closet that can be used by two adjacent bedrooms with a wall of organizing bins. There is a second smaller closet in this room as well.
