Log and Stone home 13 acre horse farm with 2 building lots
Pine Hill was originally built circa late 1700's. The original structure, a log home with chestnut logs, stone and chinking, remains fully intact and consists of 4 rooms with a finished walk-up attic. Over the years, each owner has added their unique thumb print to the home, seamlessly blending old with new. In the mid 1960’s the family room and kitchen were added to the original log structure. A pool and solarium with authentic Mexican tile were added in the 1970’s. The current owners added the 3 bedroom addition with upstairs laundry, 2 car garage, sauna and dramatic atrium in 1999. There is a separate guest house and approximately 6 acres are fenced for horses-complete with run in shed and barn. Two, 1 acre building lots are part of the total acreage- ready to build.
