Stucky House

This old photo was taken sometime in the 1920's. The house has not changed much. The neigborhood streets were were originally lined with Austrian Pines, but they did not hold up well though storms and Hurricane! They were replaced with Royal palms that now tower over the houses!
Built in 1924 for Harry Stucky, Co-Founder of "Robb & Stucky Furniture Comapny". Boasts large rooms, unaltered floor plan, original windows, doors, fixtures.

Oh,if these walls could talk! Mrs. Stuckys uncle who lived next door was Thomas Edison's good friend and fishing captain. Many teas and parties where held in this fine livingroom.

Large Formal Dining Room. Imagine Mr.Stucky discreetly tapping the servant bell under the table to request dessert or more coffee. The dining room set was added in 1940 from a buying trip to New York. Furniture negotiable.
