HISTORIC SNUGGS-ATKINS HOUSE C 1854/1855
This was a local boom town, gold mining area. Lots of draw to Gold Hill for visits to experience the gold mining history. The area has many festivals & weekend events.
Primary bath & potential bedroom on main level with 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. No septic permit available. As for heating, upstairs there are 2 electric units in 1 BR, 1 unit in 1 BR and no units in 1 BR.
There appears to be a heat pump unit downstairs we do not know the condition. No closets in the bedrooms due to age of this historic property.
Grounds were fabulous at one time!
