As for heating, upstairs there are 2 electric units in 1 BR, 1 unit in 1 BR and no units in 1 BR. There appears to be a heat pump unit downstairs we do not know the condition. No closets in the bedrooms due to age of this historic property. Grounds were fabulous at one time!
