The Frank McCoy house is located in the Historic District of Sistersville, West Virginia and is identified as a contributing structure. It was built near the turn of the 20th century during the Sistersville oil boom by a prominent local family.
The Frank McCoy house is stunning example of the mansions in this charming riverfront community remaining from oil boom days. The stained glass in the staircase is what makes this house exceptional from Victorians everywhere.
