This home has been vacant for over 50 years. When I had the property surveyed it was last done in 1897. So the house is either 1897 or 1898.

Large 12 foot wide foyer with a fireplace, with a staircase to the left and formal living room on the right and a 6 foot wide hall going to the dining room on the left the primary bedroom on the right and a half bath center.

The primary bedroom has a large walk in closet and a nice bathroom.

All the rooms are larger than a normal house. Large kitchen with a laundry room to the right that also connects to the primary walk-in closet.

Upstairs has a hall with two bedrooms in front and a bathroom off the hall. Left down the hall is another primary bedroom with a closet and bathroom. Does have a new water and sewer tap.

The roof has the original tin, it does not leak, but will need to be sealed at some point. The lower roof over the kitchen is new TPO roofing. There is off street parking, that is down an alleyway so you can park in the back of the house.

There is only one rental house on this block and it is next door on the right side. Never a problem with the renters. The neighbors are great. I took it upon myself to save this house. I will not be making a profit, I have done 7 houses in this area, and all I do is fix historic homes.
The entire back of the house has new siding.
The front porch on the second floor use to go all the way across. So you can bring it back, if wanted.
Come take a look and bring your imagination.
