The house had two owners. My parents and the family before them. The kitchen was a galley kitchen separated by a wall to the back porch. My Mom (seen here in 1971 when we bought the house) hated galley kitchens and my Grammy had no problems knocking out that wall! So the first update to the house was in the 30's or 40's, and then in 1971.
